Just Me...

Picking up the pieces

Sometimes it’s going to take more than faith and more than hope to pull you out of a “funk”. It’s going to take courage (to face the day), strength (to open your eyes) and love (to open your heart again).

You have to be the courage, the strength and the love. You have to know that everything works out in the end and everything really does happen for a reason. Never doubt yourself and never let others doubt you.

You are the soul provider to your happiness.

Yeah, it was hard seeing Garth with another girl but you know what, in the end it’s for the better. Garth taught me that I can and deserve to be treated like I am someones world. He taught me that I can still have my love for sports and be crazy obsessed with football and a guy will still like me, even find me endeering. He taught me that I have a really good friend in him and I don’t want to lose the friendship.

When you take a step back and look at the smaller picture within the bigger picture, everything tends to fall into place.

Yes, I was hurt, but I am taking every day one step at a time. I am finally free to be myself and focus on school and work and my love for coaching. I’m finally free. As free as I’ll ever be :)
